PRIVACY POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTES

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and manage the personal information you provide to us on our website and other official communication channels. Unless specifically noted otherwise, this Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information collected from you by our unaffiliated websites or third-party websites that our website may link to.

Please read these principles before using our website and other official communication channels or before providing us with your personal information. By consenting to provide your personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these principles.

DEFINITION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

"Personal Information" is information that identifies you as an individual and any information belonging to you, including but not limited to: full name, address, email address, phone number, health, occupation, education, assets, company, interests, family, etc.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Actively Collected: Personal data that you provide to us. Whenever you interact with us, you may also be asked to provide us with personal data relating to you through various means, including but not limited to: during in-person consultations with our representatives, via telephone calls to our hotline, through emails you send to our email addresses, via personal information forms on our website, through events/seminars organized or co-organized by us, our official communication channels, etc.

Passively Collected Non-Identifying Information: Our website may collect information about your visits to this website through various technologies such as cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small text files that a website transfers to your computer's hard drive. Web beacons (also referred to as GIF files, pixels, or Internet tags) help the system recognize a unique cookie on your browser. Your Internet browser automatically transmits some of this non-identifying information to the website, such as the URL of the website you just visited or the browser version running on your computer.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the personal data you provide or that we collect in accordance with the law, primarily for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

  • To provide consultation, process registration with third parties, and offer support and care to you.
  • To conduct customer opinion surveys regarding our products and services.
  • To improve the quality of our products and services.
  • To introduce our products and services.
  • To train and coach our staff.
  • To serve recruitment purposes if you contact us through our Careers page.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent. However, there are exceptions:

Subsidiaries of the Parent Company – We may share data with subsidiaries of the Parent Company.

Our Service Providers – We may share data with third parties that provide data processing services for us (acting as our authorized data processors). For example, for the unit providing products under the global automated online business model, we may use third-party services to personalize content, send postal mail and emails, send text messages (SMS), provide marketing support, process credit card payments, provide fraud detection services, provide backup services, and offer customer service.

Governmental and Judicial Authorities – When we genuinely believe that sharing personal data with Canadian and local governmental and law enforcement agencies is necessary to prevent fraud, comply with the law, enforce regulations and court orders, and comply with valid legal information requests from such agencies.

Some of our applications and services allow you to upload and share messages, photos, videos, other content, and links with others and/or create a publicly accessible profile for your account. You agree that your personal information may be shared via social networks (Facebook, YouTube, etc.) when you participate in social media pages through us.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not intentionally collect or use any personal information from children (we define "children" as those younger than 19 years old) on our website and other official communication channels. We do not intentionally allow children to communicate with us or use any of our online services, which must be done through a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us using one of the methods listed below, and we will cooperate with you to address the issue.
